A close up of the blooms, that I still cannot believe are there! Sorry for the blur, it was really windy. I was glad my pack was heavy as it held me down in the wind. :)

Marvelous. All we are getting are Snowdrops... From the sky.

I have seen this tree bloom early before but I am sure it was not so early as this....I think our very cold snap we had a few weeks ago and now the huge warming we have had with temps into the high 50's has tricked it into blooming even earlier, but I do believe from the way things are right now that our spring will be early this year.

Warmed up a lot Gilli after our hard freeze that lasted a couple of weeks..guess we have a short winter this year.

Anything can happen from here on until April Arlene...but I doubt we will have any really long freezes... more than likely more spring like weather from here on out..cool and blustery today, but not cold. Mid 50's again.
