Not very nice are they TT ? Although I suppose at least someone made an attempt to pot some geraniums ....

Looks better than some of the bland glass and concrete buildings we have over here!

At least we have orange trees growing on the pavement below, that give off the most heavenly smell when they flower ... even overpowers the car fumes !!!!
