Despite the fact that these trees are very rare, our neighbor has one in his garden (quite legally). It's only small now, but will soon grow.

Pip c:
You're lucky to have one of these trees. I know they were though to have been extinct. I remember when they were re-discovered around 1994 in a remote area of eastern Australia.
You little tree is looking very healthy.

It doesn't actually belong to me, but to an elderly neighbour who bought it a couple of years ago. It doesn't exactly grow at a great rate, but oh what the heck, it's still a magnificent tree. They are, as you can imagine, quite hard to get here in Sydney so we're lucky to have one on the other side of the back fence.

Maybe in one day soon, it may become more available for sale.

This is lovely Pip, do you know how tall they grow?

Quite tall, they are pines after all. They can get to be around 20-30 metres.
