Now there's someone with a great sense of humour!

this is a small dam in the river..after all the rain it is overflowing....so they turn the tap on when needed.....

Useful as well as pleasant on the eye!

i have seen a photo of it frozen with icicles 6 foot long....

Then in a few weeks or so they will say shortage of water if we dont get rain for a few weeks...

That would fill your kettle quick!!!!!

he he he. its mad..they dont turn it on very often....

I'm not surprised, think of the water rate bill!
