Surprising what a bit of sun will do, eh?

I found my first crocus today too. Like Wagger said, the sun can do wonders. :o)

Yes, we had two whole days of sun! Not very warm - but sun....:-)))

Hope not too Spritz....it just gets that bit too much to cope with when it all ices over and lingers. Never mind though...some of our bulbs are showing their faces....and the camellia we bought last year has lots of tight buds just waiting to burst !

Would be lucky to see them here even in February, Spritz. The snowdrops have been delayed here, too, this year. On the weather front - 21.00 hours, was plus 5 degreesC according to car temp gauge. Weather is all over the place! :-))

We had 5 degrees today as well, and the heating in the church this morning packed up! We were all sooooooo cold.....brrrrrrr....

Oh NO!! It was very cold here all day, but I HAVE been out in the garden for 2 whole hours, all dressed up - and the final job was re-fleecing. :-(((

Has it been a lot colder than we've had here, I wonder? We didn't get a frost last night after all.

My pond is frozen solid again, Spritz and there are little white granules in all the pots.

I agree about the wind - I wept my way round with Henry yesterday!

More snow on and off today - didn't settle though, I'm glad to say! B***** cold though - perhaps that was why Henry was barking particularly if it made you cry. Then the howling would have been in sympathy, lol.

I wouldn't let it worry you - much better to keep warm - and the head is the most important part, apparently!

we have had lots of snow showers but it hasnt lain. when i left work at 7.30 [yes as late as that] my car was all frozen up. its due to get worse as the week goes on. :o(

Hey hey!! I also have a couple of little crocuses! No snow here....yet! Lovely sunny day again and we sat with the outside door open in the conservatory! Hurray! Spring is on the way and nothing can stop it! :)

Great! Please lend me some sunshine - I keep hearing about it today -but none here, which is a pain when Louise had a sunny day just a few miles up the coast!
