This is still not the Parryi I am looking for, it is more grey. I believe it is called Agave parryi truncata. Do they leave this outside all winter?

Dottydaisy2, Sandra:
This is Agave parrii...they develop the strong blue/grey color only when they grow outside in full hot sun. In a greenhouse or a shadier exposure they look greener.

Sandra:
Has this Agave bloomed or getting ready to bloom? It almost appears that...it has bloomed and been cut. Maybe?
