Philodendrons Fallen Leaf

Thank you Rbt. Amazing seeing this leaf, growing at my house now for 8yrs.

Oh and now its made way for the flower.......all those years....

I couldn't let this leaf go! :-) I used it like a fan a few days, just to give it something to do. It's almost older than my cat!

Ha..ha Gt.........that's just the sort of thing I would have done...Lol! Would make a great bookmark too!

Great photo! Yes, I know most species of Philodendron hold on to their leaves for a long time. I have Philodendron 'Congo' which I've had for many years...I finally cut some of the leaves off. lol! : > )

I couldn't let this one go! And it was all the more beautiful that it aged this wonderful orange before it was dropped, right in front of me as I GOYed. :-) Altogether fantastic. I'd have a rough time of it, removing leaves, I'd end up with a tray full of new starts. :-)

Come here to San Diego...I'll give plenty of Philodendron leaves. lol! I have several Philodendron species...however, my Philodendron 'Congo' has leaves to 6 or 7 feet long (including the petiole).
