I like them to , they do grow big San , A friend has one that must be 7/8 ft tall .. It has lovely nuts on it ..........

yes just read they can grow to 20ft but slow growing so i guess you can control them easy enough amy

They can grow big.... as Amy says sanbaz.....but there slow growing and you can keep them the size you want...... mines going into a large pot in march.... then i can put it where ever i want in the garden.... which is getting rather full...lol

I have one i've had for at least 20 years its about 7, high so slow growing but i love it, looks fantastic this time of year with the catkins on, must take another photo now they are longer, it gets nuts on and the local grey squirrel comes for them every year
