Peruvian daffodil or Spider lily isn't it? Hymenocallis. It really looks lovely, very papery thin petals.

its a spider lily!!! they are very pretty and can tolerate cool weather but nothing below 38 F, and because they are a lily they can over time be divided and replanting to start new plants!! they also come on a purplish hue!!!

Hymenocallis littoralis - Spider lilies are very commonly grown in California and are pretty hardy. They can grow quite large...I've seen them 5 feet / 1.5 meters tall here in San Diego, CA.
The flowers are very sweetly fragrant also.

Great pic, love the blooms on these lilies. I got lucky and found a variety that is related to yours, called Hymenocallis caribaea that's hardy in my zone 7 garden...:-).
