Nice clay pot

Ive added dwarf French beans seeds to the centre of this pot , but im not quite sure what to add to the side parts .Theres 6 spaces.Ive tried to add herbs that are in pots, but they are too big, and thats the 2" size.Any ideas any one please

French beans and french marigolds good idea David. We grow basil in the greenhouse to deter the flies.

Now that you have filled the pot, it would be difficult to get anything into the side spaces. You could plant marigold/tagetes seedlings in them later, or sow a few seeds of these in each space. This would not only provide a nice contrasting colour to the green (and white flowers) of the beans, but is a deterrent to blackfly, which like the beans - a bit of "companion planting" ?
