When we moved in there was the ugliest possible crazy pavement in the garden.2 years ago we finally got to replace it
and my husband built this little raised bed using some of the old paving.
Not a bad bit of recycling!

He's a treasure,building a nice little wooden planter for me as we speak :-)
All the hard landscaping,planters etc are his work.
