this is a couple of years ago, it is still very similar but have had a new patio now and garden does need quite a bit of work and want to make some changes.

Assume by your name you're a daylily fan(or should I say addict,lol) me too, absolutely love them 107 varieties at last count, trying to resist honest, now were can I dig up a bit more lawn :-)

Lovely garden. nice size and nice lawn. Watch out on this site! Simbad will get you addicted to daylilies, I will get you addicted to clematis (and maybe roses) and there are loads of other addicts as well. Bluespruce has even got me interested in dwarf conifers - and that's no mean feat!! Welcome!

thanks alot karensusan i cant believe i am on it every chance i get its amazing when youre interested in something how it becomes addictive. i do like clematis i have only one at the moment though in a pot, was thinking about putting on my arbour, not decided yet.

This is the sort of lawn i would love..Mine is, shamefully, nowhere near as nice (although in my defence we did only move into this house about 6 months ago lol )

thanks, it could really do with a weed and feed its surprising where all the dandelions come from!!! but with kids and a trampoline its hard to keep a nice lawn, although it always looks ok when its been mown. I am hoping to reshape the lawn this year, hopefully similar to a figure 8, i am really looking foward to see how it looks and still have loads to do, but once the shapes there im hoping i can get it looking nice.

Lovely pic of garden. I have a wysteria in a pot growing over my arbour its scented and looks fantastic when in bloom and the flowers hang down accross the front. Its nice to sit and smell the perfume and the plant compliments the arbour.......
