Rabbit damage to my emerging tulips!

I'm hoping this isn't enough to cause the poor thing any difficulty.... usually it's only the bulbs of some tulips which may be poisonous or harmful. I noticed that of the numerous clumps of emerging tulips this was the only one showing damage. I may be blaming the wrong creature...from what I am able to find there are plenty of cases of cats and dogs eating tulip foliage too!
