Pond is scrubbed and refilled

All ready for action !

Ah Yes! It's been so warm here for the last four days that daphs which weren't even showing green are now up and in bud! amazing! As a result I was wondering if I'd be pushing it a little to put the nymphaea and the gold fish in the pond! I just don't trust the weather...I think I should wait at least another month. Are you having the cold weather still?

Just cold winds and quite a lot of rain Lori ! Having said that we had some sun for a while today,and it was warm out of the eastern wind !

Oh good...glad to hear things are warming up. Does all your bad weather come out of the west or the east? For us, it's the North-East... brrrrrr....today the temps did a nose dive.... it's just above freezing with a strong wind, overcast...and they are calling for snow tonight.

We have had sun and warm winds last couple of days ! Good to get out and about again !

Thankfully the snow they were calling for didn't materialize...but its blowy and clear and sunny....so when the wind dies down it's fine for working... I have some strenuous stuff ...like raking and mulching (new pathways) to do, so I'm not complaining about the cool temps.
It's good working weather...not too hot and not too cold.
