Beautiful. Checked mine out this morning after seeing Milky's photos. Mine are just beginning to open :)

Thought yours would have flowered before mine Gee. Ive had mine a few years and its still only small but lots of flowers this year.

I think mine is affected by sitting in water most of the winter :( I did think about moving it but don't know if it will like that. As it has flowered again I suppose it must be OK where it is. I've planted mine about 5-6 years ago.

Gee, have you been less water logged just lately, I know how that feels. Like you say, your magnolia must be happy to flower.

I mowed the front lawn for the first time yesterday, Dawn, and it was still rather squidgy! I haven't attempted to touch the beds yet, they look rather claggy still so hopefully we will have a few more dry days and then I will give it a go. It is already full of weeds! The back garden is fine, thank goodness.

Things are recovering then Gee, lets hope it stays dry for a while now.
