Grew this and two others from cuttings taken from my mother-in-laws garden.

Beautiful...how many years' growth to get to this size? I'm not sure if these would be suitable for our smallish garden but they are sure beautiful in all their varieties :)

This has been here around 5 years Whistonlass, not bad from a little cutting, around 6ft tall now, you can prune it after flowering to keep the size down, agree they're lovely this time of year, have you seen my white one?

It is a pretty bush...and all from a little cutting as recent as 5 yrs. ago. I haven't seen the white variety that you have. Is it in your photos?
And...what about the smell people have mentioned...I believe it isn't pleasant?

How long did it take from cutting to the bush of this size?

It took around 5 years Katarina, haven't pruned them yet but think I'll have to this year, after flowering, as they're all getting very large :-)

Perfect. Quite easy to propagate, arent they. I must get some going as they are so valuable at this time of year.
