We go walking round Castle hill and across the fields to Farnley Tyas,or to Almondbury,Yorkshire,so I agree,lovely....

Never been to Castle Hill must put it on our list of places to visit!

get a good view from up there, myself and the family sent my husband up in a hot air balloon for a birthday and I went up castle hill and watched the balloon coming over. it was great

Did he wave to you as he passed,Val? That would be my worst nightmare,going up in one of those...nice to watch though....
