As you can see, the slugs are not nearly as tempted by the glaucous leaves of these blue hostas. These are the only ones I grow now.

Its so fresh. I'm not seeing any sign of mine yet, but its a bit early. If nothing when the Ligularia shows, there might be trouble. If it goes, I'll look for a blue though no slugs here. I love the color.

Thanks GT. The ones I have planted in the ground since last year...(this one is a new purchase) are only just peeking above the soil. They are nowhere near this far on.

Ah good. I can't expect mine yet then. Once my bergenia comes, I get so impatient. Still trying to find something that will come that early so I don't have this spot of pink in early spring, all alone.
