The leaves are coming, the spring green across the forests is so fresh. This is just after a whole morning of late snow.

Dark all winter is really just dark 6 months. The other 6 are light all the time. I do have a light in the house, since the greenhouse is unheated. Right now there is much hauling of plants from in to out and in again. I'm full to part sun but all east exposure so its not really strong sun. I say the light is my artificial light to stay happy all winter. :-)

I can't figure out how you grow so much when it is dark all winter in Alaska.
Do you have lights in your green house for the winter? Love all your flowers.
I have almost all shade in my garden with a little filtered sunlight.
