This is the area where the fox cubs used to play. They came out from under the garden shed just as the laburnum started to bloom, as it is now. When really small they were hidden, but after a while hey bashed everything flat that wasn't protected, and got bigger and bigger and trashed the garden!!!!!!!. 4 0f them the three years on the run.......madness. In the end I longed for them to go. We took the plate off the bottom of the side gate. As soon as they departed we screwed it back again.....it worked. Golden fox ,who was really handsome, used to come back and snooze under the Hawthorn in broad daylight.
