To be honest, I don't know. But maybe it's Irish Saxifrage (Saxifraga rosasea). The image I found in Wikipedia looks exactly like this, although the colour is different (white). Hard to see in my photo but it has lovely small pointed leaves. Thank God, it seems this plant is very strong because it has produced some new flowers since last Friday. Come to think of it, it survived the severe Scottish winter outdoors, that's another proof of its healthiness and hardiness :) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Saxifraga_rosacea_01.jpg

Thanks Flori :) I planted this in our garden in France but it is struggling now :( But I bet it will be better soon. It`s so hot here in France; it was 34 degrees this morning :)

It has been pretty warm over here too~makes a pleasant change! LOL! Hope it survives in the heat over there ok........
