Started a log pile

we had 1 years ago lol. but this week we have had a pair of bullfinches, goldfinches nesting in the rose arch, bluetits babies are now hatched ,1 baby squirel, and to nite just seen a pair of bats flying around, and these r all new to my garden .lol hope 4 us all. am so xcited had to ring hubby at work to tell him haha. its so warm outside, to sit an watch. surprising wot u c xx

Great I love your log pile, keep looking for old bits of log and it will grow and the creepie crawlies will love it !!!! Our log pile is behind our greenhouse and it now has reached the height of the greenhouse roof !!! who knows what lives in there?

Have just noticed the bricks on their side too I expect something has already taken up residence in there !!

Grandmage Ive thought of that. Where I work, we had a T pee I call it. A wicker kind of hut. It was moved earlier in the week and it just fell apart. I gathered up bits of it and brought it home. Heres a picture to show you how my log pile looks now. Little steps. As for the bricks I keep seeing a mouse. Would much prefere a frog lol

Oh well thats silly I said to add photo thinking it would go on to the end of this and its gone to a new phot...groan!

Will look at your photos now, and your mouse is probably a wee little field mouse, bless. and hold fire you will get frogs one day, but dont kiss them!!
