These soft colours are beautiful Lori...you seem to be ahead with your blossoms..considering the climate etc! I have buds at the moment...

Yes Waheeda...it's been a very confusing spring...very warm for April...Very Cold for early May... now we're suffering a heatwave...36 C....was the highest temp over the last four days... it's becoming more seasonable today...only 24 C... but the garden is loving it and I notice the greatest effect of the warm on the bulbs...They are all Finished!! even the later tulips which usually last into mid June are DONE!

Yes...these radical global weather changes...confusing our poor plants!

I've held off taking a pic of the mini roses because there is a huge clump of chickweed living in harmony there... I can't bear to pull it out as I use it for my budgies... they love a spring tonic and chickweed is ambrosia to them.
