Thanks Paul! Funny, I drew a plan, then totally disregarded it! Over the nearly five years we've been here it has had radical work done every year. I have enjoyed every single minute though. Wish I could do it for other people actually, but I don't know if my back would stand it now. Perhaps I will though, one day!

It was difficult doing mine because it is working uphills and so on - having a waterfall I had to raise the garden higher of course meaning it has to slope a big way somewhere - thankfully we have lots of rocks to make walls. I wrote plans down also but it is different doing it than planning it :D

Yes, exactly. Much easier to plan as you go because it's hard to visualise it in 3d ...well, hard for me anyway! I'm glad you commented on this photo Paul, the garden was looking lovely back then! I've enjoyed seeing it again! :))
