I love this raggedy inula. I believe they get very tall....

This ones only around 2ft tall karensusan do have a larger one that flowers later in the summer inula racemosa that gets to 6 or 7ft and the flowers spiral up the stem, lovely.

Trouble with this one the rabbits love it a bit too much, flippin things dig the roots up in the winter, only two left must grow some more, have to cover with wire netting.

ah , you see, i think I would like to be more rural, but then I forget about the cursed critters and how they eat everything! That would do my head in! Do they eat your daylilies?

No never bother with daylilies, actually something they don't like, rabbit pie supposed to be quite nice,lol, could throw the odd pigeon in too.

Eeuuuu...I hate rabbit meat!! yuk!! Pidgeon and mushroom pie though....see Oliveoil she makes a mean one, and even sends them out mail order to London on occasion!! ;)

Got chatting to oliveoil, she knows my hubby from cricket and taught our daughter Danielle to swim.
Does she really send to London,must be good, if she ever has a pidgeon shortage, plenty here,lol, well fed fat ones too.
