What a shame Karen even with no fruit it sounds as if it was worthwhile for the flowers alone. Reminds me of the first Clematis I had, it was overgrown with mildewy forget me nots which I was pulling out and I snapped it off inadvertently. When I realized what I had done I then pulled the whole thing out and threw it away - not realizing that it would have new growth on it......dum dum ...... still this is how we learn I suppose.!!

Lovely Kiwi, quite unlike the one I used to have...that was a tragedy...I cut it down after 4 years because it wasn't fruiting....when I got to the top there were fruits on it....too late, I'd cut the root!!! What a plonker, the flowers were gorgeous too!
