Peonies at Greys Court

Part of the peony border at Greys Court, Oxfordshire. Planted about twenty years ago, this border is at its best in early June. Against an ancient wall on one side, and lined with a lavender border and espalier apple trees on the other, when in bloom, this border almost justifies a visit to Greys by itself.
