The best way to get a good pic with white is to place some black paper or card behind it..;o))

ive never had climbers before so im not sure what to do with it, do i just let it climb or do i have to have a trellis behind it yorkshire ;o))

it looks to be doing fine at the moment, we have a climbing rose and its grown right over the top of the window and there is no trellis behind it.see how it goes

Beautiful Sandra. It is hard to get good effect on white but there are a few ways. 1st is like mushy said, a dark background behind it, put it on close up setting and turn off auto flash. Or another way is to take it in black & white. That might give it a great look!!

What I do is screw eyelets in where necessary and tie the rose to them with string or twine. It's a lovely rose San!
