Frame of Bottle Greenhouse

This is quite clever.

The hard bit was getting bottles but know they are flowing in .

We need 1500 bottles.

Its great fun beeing involved.

Its really coming together now Kath.............

As Gerry & I are putting up a traditional glass greenhouse this project caught my attention. I did a search with Google & found this :

If you can get 1500 bottles then it shouldn't be difficult to make! I wonder how it will fare? Surely these bottles are not UV treated plastic & therefore will turn white within a few months. I'd be very interested in seeing the progress of this over the course of a year!

Balcony Bottles have taken the time but nearly there.

We do know that there is a few of the bottle greenhouse beenbuilt in Scotland as school projects.

And as yet they are still standing and producing quality plants.

I will keep you posted .

We could cover with netted shading in full sun.
