Hello David! how are things? Thanks very much, I'm really surprised at how fast it has exploded into life...there are plants blooming now which usually don't bloom until mid July! very, very strange spring. see the huge mullein in the middle of it all? it decided to grow on the very edge of the bed with my mini roses! I mean, you'd think it would have better manners...but no! anyway..I'm going to let it enjoy it's time in the sun...the thapsus usually is done by mid July...so I'll wait and pull it out when it's gone to seed and all ratty... meanwhile it looks superbly healthy ...so I'll not interfere. I have two mullein sixteen candles (V.chaixii) back beside the Blue Spruce they will be in flower soon~!
