This is what passes for a snowstorm in Georgia. Only a few inches, but everything shuts down and everybody panics. This was our February storm & this is a view of my backyard. Today was so miserably hot, thinking about cold weather puts me in a better mood. And I finally realized today that my garden is really suffering from lack of water, so I gave everything a good soaking. I hope my plants survive.

Snow is a blessing. We have frosts but few snowstorms, except on the mountains (the sierras). I'd like to see my crocuses and daffodils peep through a white blanket in early spring.
