Hello little fella....

it looks a bit grumpy! but congrats on getting so close - or using a long lens!

Think it was my mobile phone cropped but they did get used to being photographed. I could even stroke them!

I only have a boring mobile phone that does phone calls and texts. I need large screen cos of my vision, but I can see a camera in the phone would be very handy

It was a wonderful camera in that Sony Ericcson but I exchaged it for an HTC phone thinking that I could use the online sevices on the phone for paypal transactions at an art stall in December but found out that face to face paypal was illegal! I miss my old phone!

I have a special vis-imp phone, clamshell, folded it's still bigger than most new mobiles, with large screen, large text and large buttons. it's a bit hobson's choice with vis-imp phones. I know one can get talking software on a lot of standard phones, but I still prefer to use whta vision i've got. and it's pay as you go - doubt I use a tenner a month.

I've been told that the talking software is still a bit hit and miss, apparently you have to be on wifi for it to work?!

awk, didn't know about wifi. It costs a small bomb, anyway, and you have to send your phone away to get the software installed. While I can, I'll manage without. it's not as if i need to get online that much while I'm out - I don't Facebook or Twitter, and any emails can wait till I get home. (I have a footer on my email: "I'm not on Facebook or Twitter. Follow me and I'll have you arrested")

I must get onto some work............not much going on though. Am waiting for an op on Friday, removal of kidney stones and stent. Last op in Jan cancelled due to lack of beds :(

awk, fingers crossed for a speedy recovery. cancellation sounds about right, sigh - and they say the NHS is improving.

I was going through your pics, too, but paused about halfway though, didn't want to flood you! got a lot of new faves, though ...
