We went to garden centre once, and the friend who was with me pointed to this huuuuge plant in a bed of its own, and said told me it was the same plant as I had in 2 pots either side of the steps!!!!. Fortunately they didn't survive. I had been thinking of putting them in the garden. Once I saw how big they can get I looked at them a bit like Leylandii.
