Built between 1460 and 1480, this wonderful house is full of history. Henry the eighth took B&B here on his way to and from Lincoln.

The Old Hall is an amazing place to visit - I know cos I live in Gainsborough.
Pleased you like it Felinfan, we haven't had the rain that you got in Lincoln. It keeps looking like rain and never does, had some (a little on Saturday) but not enough to get down into the ground. I know it rained hard in places because we were sat in the pub and it was tippling it down and that was only 10 miles from Gainsborough. Absolutely amazing the weather isn't it?
