You can see where it got its name from. It`s a lovely healthy looking plant, shall you be keeping it in the pot or setting it out in the garden.

I'm always moving mine around, until I eventually find the right spot. Will this grow very big?

Hi silverbelle, havent got a care card with it only its name, one website states its a vigorous, spreading semi-evergreen perennial reaching approx 60 cm high and 75cm spread, so i suppose thats medium size isnt it, but in this pot it looks quite small, i will probably put it middle to back of border and hope it does ok. :^)

Love this I was very kindly sent a piece by Pamd from GOY, bought another taller variety at gardeners world last year, just like this but with white flowers Campanula Takesimana 'Beautiful Trust', have you seen that one Daylily, have a picture on my photo's, very vigorous, doesn't set seed though as the plants sterile but sends off runners that you can remove and pot on to make new plants, hoping pink octopus is the same :-)

Hi simbad, yes i think i remember seeing your photo, will take another look, i got this from gardeners world live last year too, have been very pleased with it, although i still have it in the pot, still havent planted it yet wasnt sure if it would survive the winter so was pleased when it flowered so well, cant believe its august already, have done quite a bit in the garden but so much still to do ...:^)

Yes I took a few runners off my white one Daylily and kept them in the greenhouse, but the one I planted out was fine, even after that winter!!!, know what you mean so much to do in the garden at the moment, spent the whole day today tidying the daylilies, filled my garden waste bin with dead leaves, looks much better and they should grow some fresh leaves now, some are still flowering their heads off and the rebloomers are getting ready for another go, was going to extend the bed a bit, lol, for my new purchases, help can't resist, but the grounds so hard couldn't get a spade in, need some rain.

I bought one of these this week :-)
Are they as invasive as they're made out to be ?

Hi Louise, i have only just put it in the ground this spring, i have written down in my 'little book' that it is a vigorous, spreading semi-evergreen but not sure yet how it will grow! Simbad has said that the white variety sends off runners that you can remove and pot up so she may know :^)

Mine has too Daylily, swapped a piece of this one with another member on GOY, had to cover with wire netting though as the rabbits love it :-(

I potted a couple of runners up around three weeks ago now, of my white one 'Beautiful Trust', to send to a member of here, noticed the roots are nearly filling the pot already :-)
