Stokesia laevis 'Blue Star'

I love Stokes' Aster, and the bees love it too. One of the reasons I love it so much is it flowers late here...not until August.

I hope it's OK - it's been a bit wet today, so I haven't checked to see if it's in flower yet.

We had a lovely warm day today 24C!...quite different to the forecast. Rain tomorrow though judging by the fog and cloud that has now gathered! Yesterday the garden was flooded again and even today it remains very wet.

Oh dear....poor you! We've had drizzly days this week, but some sun in between, apart from today...it really rained this afternoon! I think it's back to heavy showers and a little sun tomorrow, if we're lucky.

Oh well, at least your garden is properly watered now!

Perth...about 30 miles inland from here...had 2 inches of rain this morning and is flooded!

We have sun today - probably like yesterday, though...heavy showers mixed in.

We are also back to summer today...I am soooooo confused! Don't know what to wear, what to do, or what plans to make!

Just back from walking H....now it's completely clouded over, and I think rain is on its way. I want my summer back!!!!

I've got it here!! sorry, I'm keeping it for the day! Just had another look at this photo and mine is definitely not this one. Mine is less lilac, more blue and I think mine is white in the centre as well. Will check it out.

I still can't see the other one, it might be behind the tall Campanula in the top border...what a pain! That was definitely a deeper mauve. I'll be annoyed if it really has gone, though.
