Love the split level Mandy. You know, you could always plant annuals on the pergola until you decide, like rhodochiton, nasturtium etc. just to give you a feel for colours. Might help you to decide what you want.

The pond was origionally a raised bed - but there's a story. I wrote a blog on the sage of the pond! I agree about the annuals on the pergola Karen. :-)
