I have a number of roses that I do not know the names of because they were unlabelled when I bought them. Does anyone recogise this one?

I don't know much about Roses, i must admit. But with the named varieties of double tuberous Begonias, as i understand, any new variety is supposed to be grown for at least 5 years before a name is given - i think they use a combination of letters and numbers to keep a record of the parent plants. If i understand correctly, the idea is to try and make sure new varieties will keep their own qualities and not grow back into one of the parent plants.
As i say i don't know much about roses, but it may be possible that there could be a similar set up in place for Roses - then again the shop might have simply lost the label?
Just a thought.
