she looks like she's about to claw somebody's eyes out & I'm guessing that white cat will join in!

Oh Tommymoo they are lovely. I thought I was seeing things when I saw 'Busaiku' , she is the double of Fluffy and her sister Susie. even down to the little grey tip on her tail. The white cat is like my daughters cat Snowy. I have one of him among my photos. He is crippled as I have explained with the photo. Is the white cat blind in one eye as I noticed he has one blue eye and the other one is yellow?.All 3 of them are gorgeous!!!! :o)) Thanks for sharing it .

Hi Claris and Elsiemay, thanks for the comments :) Oh no, Lauram! Although we once called her 'Cat of the Devil', Busaiku doesn't attack human beings LOL :) I love Louise's line, you must be a mind-reader :) Oh Linsuffolk, I thought exactly the same thing when I saw 'Fluffy'~~~. I looked at the photo of Snowy today. He's very lovely with the pure white coat. Well, I don't think the white cat in the photo was blind in one eye. She just had different-coloured eyes. She had a sister from the same litter and they were two peas in a pod. I'm going to upload a photo.

LOL It does look like, the little white 1 is saying something...it might be
don`t smile, he, may think you love having your pic taken...What a
wonderful expression on Busaiku`s face, or is it disgust..LOL
This is such a nice pic Tm...

Busaiku doesn't look like a cat.. To tell you the truth, her mother was ... an owl. Just kidding lol :D She's got the grumpy-ish face nearly all the time. Maybe she's fed up with being photos taken by me lol :)

Torties are almost always grumpy. I have the scars to prove it.

LOL Lauram :D
By the way I noticed you bought cobra lilies this year, I wonder how they are doing. I have a couple of pictures of similar plant my parents grow, so I'm going to upload them for you :)

Hi Michaella, thanks for the comment :)

Tommymoo, the cobra lilies were beautiful.I'm just not sure if I should dig them up in the fall - apparently they don't enjoy wet winters. I'd planned to buy more but I realized I'd spent way too much money on plants already.

I've never seen the real cobra lilies you have but I often came across the similar one (cousin?) called "cobra lily Urashima" (Arisaema urashima) in woodlands in Japan. Maybe you want to check it out !? They are not so beautiful as yours; they don't have the white round bit (spadix) sticking out of the middle. Instead, the spadix is black / dark purple, thin like a whip / fishing line and long about 45 cm / 18 inches. I'm not sure whether you should dig them up or not, but I think they'll be all right if you heavily mulch them, giving the same environment as they are in the forest.
