Most tourist love this tree. Many of southern California cities turn blue/purple during Spring when the Jacarandas bloom. It's very commonly planted as a street tree here.

!!!~~~~~SIGH~~~~~!!!! How I hope that I can grow at least one of these beautiful trees.

I'm sure your plants will do well. It may be pretty difficult to get one to bloom in your climate...although, I have some Jacarandas bloom in pots before.

Mine are only two inches tall at the moment! lol.... but I'm hopeful. Thanks again, D1.

I'm sure they'll grow very well for you...not sure how long it takes to bloom from seed though.
