Yes, he does...not sure how many words he's knows...however, in 26 years he's probably picked up quite a few. : > )

Papagayo is always with all the tourist at the zoo. He seems to love it! : > )

Yes, they're very loud at times. I think there's some wild Macaw populations around Los Angeles. They're so noisy in flocks.

There's many wild populations of parrots in San Diego. They are causing lot of noise pollution in some neighborhoods.
