This was given to me by someone who wanted rid of it, i like them so took it off her hands.
It had been living in a thick clay soil and apparently it was difficult to take a rootball so it came to me bare-root :-/
Goodness knows if it'll settle in but i've given it the best start i can .... i'll just have to wait and see.

Thanks for that Okasia, there's been about 1/3 rd taken off the top already, i'll try the spraying too :-)

There was one of these in this garden when I came. A friend said they are from New Zealand, so I gave it to her. It survived a couple of years but died in the cold winter.

I have loads of them in this garden Pp and they all do extremely well, but this one will take some time to settle in, if it's going to :-/

I would suggest to reduce at least half of the crown- and spray it with water 2-3 times a day.... it would definatelly help it to survive:) and fingers crossed it can make it:)
