Truthfully, neither have I Lol. We feed the birds with bird seed, but I always make sure it's got plenty of sunflower seeds. i've been pulling them out of my potato pots and everywhere. I left this one to see how big it would grow. Now my hubby has just cut it. He and my Granddaughter are sitting in the garden collecting the seeds from it ready for winter. ;o)))

Yes Pansy, she loves the garden. She goes to playgroups everyday most weeks, in the mornings, and she's in nursery in the afternoons. she's always coming home with something she has made. One of the things she made, was a fir cone, dipped in something like honey or something sticky, and then rolled in mixed birdseed. It must have been delicious cos the birds had stripped in a day. Lol. Thanx Sixpence. It has been nice and bright, but now the seeds are sitting in a frizby, on my kitchen top, drying out. Why a frizby? it's was the only dish/tray, they could find in the garden. Lol. :o)))
