*s* is the other one doing as well?
bought one from eBay, potted it today; is there anythign special I should do/not do? I can find care for standzrd buddleia, but not so much for Buzz - this is my first go at growing other than supermarket-bought plants, so any advice would be welcome!

Hi Fran, mine in ground and they seem to be pretty hardy like the bigger ones, though one of mine wasnt doing well last year so iv replanted else where, i did feed it first year and plenty of water first season to as with all new plants, thats all i can say really Fran.good luck ;o))

thanks, mine's going to have to be in a pot. I wasn't sure about repotting, how often and how big each time; I know that some plants don't like to be disturbed once they're established, so I'll repot infrequently and only when I have to. *s* learning experience! hope yours continue to do well, I'll have to read your posts to mine to encourage it!

Fran as long as its got a large pot to start should be good a few years, they arent surpose to grow big so shouldnt be a problem, but it will bush out quite well first year.so give it plenty of room.

thanks Sancha; it's in a 12cm pot at the moment, once it looks a bit top heavy I'll move it up a size or three
27 Feb, 2012
yes come spring i would replant a few sizes bigger, let the roots spread :o))

I only got it a week ago, bought on eBay as a plug plant, this is its first pot! - I hope it'll settle in and be happy, I'll know if it needs a lot of rehousing *s*

i see fran, well take care of it and will soon grow into a nice adult plant :o))
