Well done on growing it from seed - I lacked the patience and bought a tuber instead! One tuber last year was two this year producing 20 flowers between them! Mine are over now, but I'm looking forward to next years already!!

Thanks everyone, quite proud of myself growing it from seed:-) only got 2 plants and 1 died but the seed was free in a mag, love it.
Strange tubers aren't they Meanie this is growing in a pot in my sunroom so repot it every year, it had three tubers this year, two are only small though but still growing really well, don't think they'll have flowers this year, but fingers crossed for next :-)

Yes Meanie I leave them in the pot overwinter without watering and repot March time.

I love this climber Simbad...Bought tubers twice...Died off twice!!...Wish i knew what i did wrong.....I followed the cultural instructions...Now i've given up...They were quite expensive too...:<((

Not sure how Simbad goes about it, but when the leaves start to die back I withdraw water. Then I do exactly as Simbad does.
