Fraid this is not my taste. Too hard and seems a bit pandering to the trendy and far too much concrete

Can see where you're coming from Stevie ... would make a good inner city 'garden' tho'. I'd have to add pots & pots! ;o)

yeah hmm just a bit too hard for me not my taste. I agree with you need some pots : )
Once you've seen the sunken (concrete disaster) at Cwmbran shopping centre it never leaves you lol

It is very clever to have complex diagonals and bricks mixed together. Thursday we were at a small Essex country town when the heavens opened. The new entrance to the carpark had been laid with fancy bricks set in sand. The rain was rushing over the new surfaces like a river. The barman said that should wash the sand away. There was a mini beach at the bottom of the slope when I went to get the car!!!!. Too clever by half, and the run off was awesome. How many times recently have there been pleas about less hard surfacing layed down. Few seem to take notice.
