Fabulous shot, stunning blue.

Louise, I have two different types of Gentian, one blooms in the spring and another is in bloom now. Other than one being more ground-hugging the flowers are the same. I have the names of each somewhere if you are interested. Septemfida or similar is the variety in bloom now.
I don't know if this is the way to respond to you. Sorry if it isn't.

Wonderful colour of this Gentian... :o)
..you have a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd Mix ?
If you've got the best of both breeds there, should be very easy to train ...

Terratoonie, yes, the mix is correct. His name is Keeper (the Bronte's) and he is easy to train but gets hyper when something is moving, and chases the wheels of garden tractor, my clothes line or hay wagon. I spend a lot of time making myself 'attractive' so that he comes to my call - with treats and attention.

Yes ... to get him to respond to your call, you do have to be more interesting than anything else around...!!! ...Lol.
Keeper.. a good name... I can understand that mix of breeds being keen to chase "herd" moving things ....
