thanks keithbob.....it is one of our delights but causes problems with leaks etc.but just have to top the pond up.Not today though as we have had our first good rainfall for a while.

You have a beautiful waterfall and pond, Scabiousshe....it will be interesting in the spring to see how you develop the border between you and next door and create a barrier of some kind.

I love the photos of the birds using your waterfall to bathe. It is so nice to see you with water in the garden :)

thanks for your lovely comments Whistonlass.it is a little "rough and ready" close up but it does give us pleasure.I am puzzled(not that it takes a lot) about your comment on the border between us and the next plot.I still cant use this site very well but I expect I must have mentioned it somewhere lol.

thanks Sanbaz would love you to show me the finished article.I did manage to paint a wren once,best thing I ever did think it was because it was mainly one colour. haha

will let you know if i do manage it, but not yet untill i feel more confident, but would love to paint birds, its getting that feathered look i guess,
