It's Crinum japonicum...not sure which variety though. Unfortunately, you can't see the evergreen leaves below the ferns.
Amaryllis belladonna is blooming all around also.

Ah! Sounds like my sword ferns, though they need too much shade to be compatible with Crinums, here! My neighbor's Amaryllis hasn't come up yet, but it shouldn't be long.

Sword Ferns (Nephrolepis exaltata) grows wild here. They especially love palm trunks.

I can imagine! They are like a weed anywhere they get enough shade and moisture here.

Is that a Crinum, or a white Amaryllis belladonna? All of the crinums that I'm familiar with are evergreen.
