Red Perennial Lobelia

This lobelia loves water, and is planted in our little pond....The trellis behind is of Willow, hopefully we can think of something to climb and take the bareness of the fence behind away...

Morning Terratoonie....Yes I do like the Reds also...I shall certainly have a look at the fence for the Trachelospermum....The only problem I have is no soil where the space to plant is, so whatever I grow has to be in a large Planter......The Planter I have ready....just the choice of climber now, am open to all ideas....Yes our side of the Fence does get full Sun, we have to use a Parasol to sheild the Pond, to keep the Sun off.....

I've a similar Lobelia on my recent photos.
The reds are stunning, aren't they !
Maybe Trachelospermum jasminoides would climb quite nicely on that fence... there's a pic of how that looks covering a fence on my recent blog "Garden Guests".
Adding this to fencing ideas. :o)
